Pros
The amount of transparency the CEO has with the company as well as the amount of trust that is immediately offered is very rare and it immediately makes employees invested into the company because they can see their impact each day
Cons
Still a start-up feel where there are changes that occur fairly regularly. This can be exciting and not an issue to some, but it can also be a downside for people who do not like change and do not like to adapt to new strategy.

Cons
Being a large company, it is hard sometimes to juggle resources that are spread out all over the world. The politics surrounding a large corporation like this can make life difficult at times but that would be true of almost any large organization in the biotech industry.
