Pros
Worked on a variety of different projects which meant my work was extremely varied. Great opportunity to learn quickly and I was given a lot of autonomy on projects which meant that I was able to use my working style and idea's throughout the process. This job allows you to work within some of the worlds largest sporting events and gives the opportunities to travel frequently
Cons
Sometimes workload can pile up due to there being a smaller team...so be prepared to work weekends and some long hours (not really a con)
