      Salary is good. Colleagues by and large are friendly

      Cons

      Lacks a decent organizational culture. There is a scarcity mindset, colleagues don't share knowledge. Unfortunately such behavior is encouraged meaning it is very tough for anyone starting.

      Salary can be negotiated .

      Cons

      Zero empathy, constant rumours and no respect, pretentious safety rules. Mistakes are blown up to a point where top mgmt rather punish than encourage change and improvements. Whatever is noted in your contract as secondary labour standards can be seen as non-existing.
