Pros
Employers are very kind and there is no micromanaging. They are thoughtful and not on your back, so there's a good Work-Life balance when working with them.
Cons
Things can change rapidly and that's always the elephant in the room. They're not as transparent with employees as they could be, especially when certain situations are very on the nose and the entire staff is aware.

Cons
Working at this company has been quite challenging due to the monotonous nature of the job. There seems to be a significant communication gap between the Sales department and other parts of the organization, leading to a less cohesive work environment
