      Pros

      No pros. Only CONS. Fraud Company Do not join this company in any circumstances.

      Cons

      NO SALARY You won't learn anything or will be allowed to show your talents as you will always be shadowed by your seniors. They will relieve you without giving any warnings. No upcoming or current projects in the company. Company on verge of bankruptcy. No professionalism. 10 years old company and they are still calling it a start up. NO work ethics. No difference between personal life and professional life. CTO calls up the employees to do the work even at midnight or early morning. - Besides there are no options for negative ratings otherwise i would have given that.

      Very friendly and helpful staff and management Provides a platform to work with big clients , Good work culture, Good team Leave policies are very good. Best place for freshers with lots of challenging opportunities. Amazing PI Tool along with R for Analytics.

      Pros

      1) Awesome tool. You can customized it up to specific reqirements. 2) Tool Integrated with R for Analytics and Future prediction / Decision Making. 3) Challenging work environment. 4) Best for freshers, many opprtunities resides for you. 5) Onsite opprtunities. 6) Lots of things to learn from CTO. 7) Awesome person in delivery in term of technical knowledge.

      Cons

      1) Language problem in delivery, less communication between south and north. 2) 200% work load on a single person while rest of team is sitting free. 3) Lots of rework because of requirements are not cleared at the time of inception stage, specially at the time of POC.
