Pros
Some good product agencies and a reasonable engineering division.
Cons
Incompetent middle and senior management. The staff turnover was so high that it was pointless learning any new staff members last name as they would not be around long enough for it to stick. They also have some very dodgy business practices. An example was having to go out to customers and roll over rental agreements for systems we knew they no longer had. Terrible culture where the only staff that have any tenure are the ones without any ability and any other options. Totally miserable place to work.
