Pros
- New staff get paid for training - Plenty of overtime opportunities to make extra money - Able to learn various positions and move up in warehouse operations
Cons
- Pay is slighty below average compaired to other warehouse jobs - You need to work 5 years to become full-time staff and to gain access to benifits - Inefficient processes can cause frustration in doing your job - Warehouse is overcapacity with demand continuing to grow.
