Pros
There are none. You join here and for them you are a slave. There is no professionalism in how the company is running. The so called founders talk like some person you would see in a market
Cons
They hire you for something and make you do something else. They don't pay their vendors on time The so called higher ups don't even know how to talk. They don't have communication skills themselves. They want you to work 24X7 and 7 days If you get a call from this org don't receive. People join and leave in a couple of months. They don't even give payslips to you. :)
