Pros

Decent insurance, paid time off, decent raises cuz they're union and we're forced to. Was not worth it in the end.

Cons

Started out great, turned into a "catty" nightmare. Too much gossiping and not enough people doing their jobs properly. No accountability for any of the people in the field. The inmates run the asylum.

Pros

Pay and benefits were good

Cons

Poor Management that did not practice what they preached. They expected non supervisory and first line supervisors to act one way and everyone else above could act another. Like most utilities many lacked the backbone to make employees work a full days work.
