This company is great at getting you a role in a school, but actually working as a consultant I would not recommend. The micromanagement is unbearable, the cold calling is embarrassing and even if you are getting your "days" on the board and running your desk your way, they still push you to cold call these schools to "create relationships". Personally, I saw this hinder those relationships given the constant hounding. I left after a month, but since my departure, a colleague has been fired for not hitting targets, rather than nurture and help them progress. Great bunch for making money, but management skills are abysmal. All 4 members of staff they hired in my intake in September have now either left or were fired - go figure!
