Pros

Many of the employees are both caring and genuine people.

Cons

Please be skeptical of the positive reviews, management close to the owner (Bart) has been encouraged to leave these positive reviews to drown out the truthful/negative ones. This is so indicative of the whole Company, dishonesty to employees & clients runs rampant. From the bottom of my heart, I implore you to look past the facade. - Company Morale is extremely low. Largely a result of unqualified management. - Employee turnover is high. In the last year, many of the team leads have left as a result of the toxic leadership & culture - Low skill level of teams. Unless you are new to the industry, be prepared to be frustrated about the lack of knowledge held by senior staff. Much of the strategy is based around dated practices. There are many things that Progressive could do to create a better work environment. Unfortunately, the leadership, centered around the CEO, is so narcissistic that the rest of the company is crippled. When you go in for an interview they will tout a forward thinking, progressive, workplace that sounds like an incredible opportunity. You will walk away feeling incredibly positive. This is, unfortunately, a well-rehearsed story to tell new hires. The truth will be painfully apparent during your first week. Also, there are NO employee benefits outside of the state-required health insurance.

Pros

A foot in the door to a vast industry of higher paying, better functioning competitors. If you need help with your moral flexibility, Progressive's billing and customer business ethics will keep you keep regrettably limber. I was hired on for sales but they put me in account management which is a joke. No potential for sales pay and the clients are being lied to. Hire for what you promise people!

Cons

Terrible training, with no real structure, for genuinely everything. They toss you around as they see fit, and make changes without communicating properly. The CEO is not very welcoming and doesn't seem to care about the peons. People get fired without warning or explanation, which leaves a lingering feeling of a need to walk on eggshells. Mostly just really terrible communication and a lack of respect for employees. You will be lied to. Highly dysfunctional environment. Young, inexperienced, and undereducated management actively demonstrates a lack of trust and respect for their employees. Management is under the impression that the "thrill" of working for Progressive will offset the insultingly low pay and lack of benefits.

Pros

No Pros for this company. It's ran by 3 people, mafia style management. Run as far as you can. This clown name Bart has not clue just sold a bunch of Dentist that have no idea what they are getting into.

Cons

Everything, they will use you then fire you for no reason with no remorse. A lot of unethical things happening behind the scenes, trust me you dont want to be involved.
