Pros

not many. benefits are subpar. management is very subpar and lacks leadership skills. the environment is extremely stagnant- it's like working for the government but worse because the benefits are not as great and there is no pension. this is not a company to join to bring your best self or best work.

Cons

almost everything except for maybe the yearly bonus. make sure you negotiate for the top pay or even above. the company only posts the min-median salary, not the true maximum, so negotiate for above the salary range.

Pros

They make a true effort to uphold our core values across the board. I’ve worked in multiple depts over the years.

Cons

The pay is good but it isn’t great. Gainshare makes up for it quite a bit.
