Pros
Many staff and consultants are really incredible: smart, compassionate, and great to learn from. The work can be interesting.
Cons
Project Evident is an extremely hierarchical environment where staff are discouraged from expressing discontent and are siloed from talking to one another about concerns. Staff outside of senior leadership are expected to quietly submit and face retribution for asking questions that could be perceived as challenging anything that comes from those above them. There was no accountability for leadership to act in accordance with any of the values they espouse, and they have no willingness to hear the value misalignment. I think there is some variation by department, and some departments may function with higher levels of integrity. I also cannot speak to the experience of more senior roles, but despite the opportunity to learn from and work with some amazing people within the organization, I absolutely would not recommend working here in a more junior role.
