Never ending cons : Cheat on part of salary Utmost exploitation No travel allowances No bonus No appraisal Worst work environment Owner will not even look at you being in front of you. No professionalism No corporate etiquettes Spent hardly 2 months here so could discover this much....

Fake illusion and false promises

Company is good at making false promises. Manager does not know how to manage the company. They does not know how to keep commitments. They does not give salary and when you asked them for the clarification of FNF, they just blocked you from every possible reachable source so that you can’t contact them. I advice all the people who really want to join project guru , please think wisely before join this organisation.

TRAINING -Despite giving joining dates, they will extend the period of training. -After completion of training they will kept you waiting for the joining date. WORK -The work culture is highly devastated. -They have unrealistic targets/deadlines that can never be met. -The salary paid is very less as compared to the amount of work given. BEHAVIOR -Highly unprofessional. -The employer has got mood swings that will affect you. REMUNERATION -The bonus is never paid to the employees. -They deduce unnecessary taxes.
