Pros
-Great People -Wonderful Culture -Flexible Work Life Balance -Human Oriented Experience PJX is the best place I've ever worked. To work for a team of people who work incredibly hard to make the maximum impact can be exciting and daunting. The focus of its culture on its people make it work. There are days where it gets rough, where the work feels slow or encumbered but never once did I ever feel alone in that and when needed I could lean on anyone on my team for support. Work life balance is great, hard work but the management team is common sense smart about letting their people relax and take time needed outside of work to live. Remote vs. Hybrid is flexible. The culture is a one of caring. Caring for your work, the details, yourself and those around you. You're unlikely to find a better team of people to professionally grow with.
Cons
Growth means work and sometimes that can mean tunnel vision. Many on the team are were 2 or 3 different hats to get multiple jobs done which can mean some bottlenecking on getting answers sometimes. You're always on, its up to you to set your own work boundaries. There's always something to do so you have to be vigilant in knowing YOUR time and not expect the company to always know for you. Culture is still very good but as of late has become secondary.
