Pros

They will throw money at you and pay you above average for your position. The hours are very good.

Cons

Terrible work environment. The CFO is one of the most difficult people you could work for. Upper Management seems to back her up and has no clear vision for what to do with the direction of the organization. Top management/owners are able to simply collect a large amount of money from the restaurant operations that they own (Taco Bells & IHOPs) and can throw money to any idea or "strategy" (if you can even call it that...) that the Owner comes up with. Many of these ideas eventually become abandoned or don't relate to the business at all (i.e. related to his personal hobbies like guns or cars or random fancy things...). The only reason this company won't go bankrupt is because Taco Bells are pretty good investments and there really isn't any way to mess that up as long as they just leave them alone and maybe fix them up from time-to-time. If by some grace of God you are able to carefully navigate this terrible working environment, you may not keep your job long. It is common knowledge now among many of the Tampa Bay Area's Finance/Accounting recruiters that this place has major turnover issues. The organization has been known to hire people in just to let them go either on a whim or after they've finished a few projects for them. Most tenure lasts 2-7 months (if even that) and they will fire you or make it unbearable to work there so you quit. There's no care given to any employees and letting someone go due to Florida's "at-will" employment environment is something they use to their advantage. They move quickly so you've probably had an interview or are about to(that some naive or terrible recruiter set you up with) and you're trying to quickly find info about the company as they offered you the position same day or the following day with a great salary. There isn't anything online because it's a way to hide the way they do business. You will get in, not do a single thing for 3 weeks, then start to perform some small tasks or projects but all the while you'll be nervous every time the locks change on the door, wondering if you'll be the next to go or someone else. Everyone there is scared but they stay because they need the money, so they just take the risk and try to keep their head down. This may be the only information that you are able to find about the company and I'm sorry for that. Hopefully more folks are able to contribute to this page. But heed my advice: STAY AWAY FROM PROMETHEUS PARTNERS, PROMETHEUS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, SOUTHEAST QSR, OR ANY OTHER SUBSIDIARY AT THIS IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA!!!!
