      Pros didn't even exist if you work with prominent staffing.

      Cons

      -Unprofessional language and behavior. (Double meaning talks). -Uncomfortable work environment. -Favoritism and discrimination -Lack of trust and communication -No opportunities for skill-building -Negative impact on mental and physical health - Micromangement (used to check phones as well). -even washroom breaks are counted.
