Favoritism, micromanagement, lack of communication, non-existent trainings, lack of leadership, no feedback, cancelled trainings, cancelled 1 on 1 calls, pay is underwhelming, students are just a monthly number.

I got this job and I was told that I had three months to get good at the position. They clearly over-hired and weren't meeting their goals for the month and so they fired people. I grilled them about their reason for firing me and their reasons kept changing. It was all excuses. I'm willing to admit if I made a mistake. But they fired me when I hadn't been reprimanded once at the job and they lied about how long of a period i had to get proficient at the job. They fired people who had only just hit their one month mark.
