Great people to work with, benefits, fun work outings, dogs allowed in the office.
Cons
Poor management, poor communication from upper management, spreads critical employees too thin, asking for more money is like pulling teeth.

As the owner of this small business for over 20 years, I’m proud to have retained many employees with over 5-10-year tenures, and wanted to take the time to respond to this personally.
I agree that we have had some mis-hires with middle managers—this has been one of the toughest challenges of scaling from 1 employee to 35—but I am happy to say that we are back on track. Our new VP of Operations has made great strides in standardizing pay and raises, logically distributing workloads, and most importantly, allowing as many employees as possible to work on creative and proactive projects as opposed to reactive and repetitive tasks. These changes allow our employees to truly thrive in our fun work environment while continuing to provide our clients with the excellence they’ve come to expect.
I do appreciate your feedback and I will learn from it. Our people mean everything to me as a business owner and I recognize that we would not be here without them.
It is a fun, fast paced job that challenges you to be your best daily! The management treats you like family, and rewards hard work. They are very flexible with my schedule to leave early for my kids, and allows me to handle my clients by showing me daily support and trust!
Very competitive company that believes that little details and going the extra mile make the difference with customers. Senior management is very "hands on" and dedicated. Always there for support and guidance when needed. Busy work environment. Everyone is hard working and friendly even when jobs are stressful. Employees are recognized for achievements. Everyone chimes in with encouragement and praise when exceptional performance is achieved. We all help and support each other. Management makes efforts to get to know you. Balance between work and personal life is top notch. I came from a retail sales environment which was packed with pressure plus it was a "job-first, personal life-distant second" company. It is clear that a high value is placed on balance here. I enjoy coming to work in the morning.
Cons
Sometimes there is more work than can be done in a day and certain tasks need to be rescheduled for the following work day. I guess that means it is a busy company which is a good problem to have. There is some overlap or gray areas at times when it comes to job responsibility and who is taking care of what. This is minor and is resolved pretty quickly when it happens.
