Pros

great pay, met some really great people, learned a lot about home healthcare, durable medical equipment, insurance companies, and cash application.

Cons

Upper management had a clique & if you were not a member, expect to be called into the office. Even if you worked your hardest tried to do everything right, and we're accountable for your work, it was never enough.

Toxic Culture, Unprofessional & Low Performing

Pros

-Free coffee and tea in the kitchen.

Cons

-The culture at this company is based on fear and anxiety and any sort of teamwork and collaboration between departments is non-existent. -They are Private Equity owned so it is ONLY about the numbers and the executive team attempting to justify their existence and bonus payouts. They simply do not care about you otherwise but will talk a good game when they need to. -3 different CFO's in a 10 month period says plenty. -There really is no management or development of associates in terms of a career path, promotions, or retaining talent. Most of the associate level employees are just filling seats, punching their keyboards and watching the clock. -First year employees are not eligible for raises or bonuses no matter how hard you work or what you accomplish (which they won't tell you outright). So don't expect any type of compensation adjustment for 1.5 - 2 years from when you start...if they keep you on for that long. -Never been treated so poorly in my career.
