      Pros

      Atmosphere and weather is amazing during the peak season, Memorial Day to Labor Day.

      Cons

      Wages, but this was known upfront and is an issue with many employers in many industries. If you play a round of golf per week, then the wages are on par with what they should be.

      Pros

      Almost all the time it is a stress free environment. The residents are 95% great, and the bad ones are not so bad that they cannot be dealt with easy enough. Coworkers are generally good. Management does not micromanage.

      Cons

      Employees feel trapped and unimportant. Abusive employees do not get brought under control.
