Support to lead New responsibilities though less experience

No resignation accepted or confirmed No smooth exit formalities, no response even if you resign and serve notice period, they do not confirm your resignation prolong your exit and create a situation where you will not be able to move out Freshers should accept Bond for 3 years and when 3 years completed they do not provide exit if you get better opportunity or try to change your career skill.
