      Great leaders. Great rewards system where people get 50% of the surplus income vs target.

      Cons

      You roll the dice on how you come off to people since they are for the most part WFH, so teams dont really meet IRL that much. You are at the mercy of how you come off to people online

      The people are what makes the agency great. Company culture is also a plus. They're currently on a Great Reconnection set-up with 2x RTO, flexible ins and outs during office days.

      Cons

      Depending on the manager, they play favorites and can sometimes be hands-off.
