The Remote Recruiter positions are base salary with benefits. If there are bonuses for each candidate hired, you won't receive them. You will most likely never see recruiting as complicated as the owner makes it. And the Zoom meetings. They're endless. She has a Zoom meeting just to let you know she's going to have a Zoom meeting.
