"Autonomy, Fast-Paced, People-Centric"
RecommendsApproves of CEOI have been working at Propeller full-time for less than a year
Pros
Propeller offers a ton of autonomy, while still offering a wealth of resources and tools to collaborate, thought-partner, and learn. Even though we are spread across 4 geos and many clients, there are ample opportunities to connect with colleagues. If you are someone who likes autonomy, loves to learn new things, and enjoys solving problems of all shapes and sizes, then Propeller may be just the right place for you!
Cons
Coming from larger companies, I was used to more health insurance options. That being said, what is offered is fair.

"Committed to the People"
RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Propeller full-time
Pros
Propeller as a firm does a great job of making decisions on behalf of the people. In general it’s very hard to appease everyone, but they do a pretty good job of getting there. Whether it be benefits, internal activities, or project opportunities, there’s a clear effort to make sure everyone remains happy.
Cons
No big concerns. Just looking forward to continued growth and project opportunities.

Pros
Employees have an opportunity grow their skills and broaden their industry experiences. Employees are trusted, encouraged to act like owners and given both the autonomy and support needed to do great work. The culture thrives on collaboration, diverse perspectives and a commitment to each other.
Cons
Organizationally, there are no "cons" that go un-checked or are not open for discussion. Employees are encouraged to ask questions and leaders operate transparently and authentically.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Propeller full-time for more than a year
Pros
Speaking to my personal experience with Propeller: Leadership communication and transparency Expect and deliver high quality client engagements - some individual and some team-based, with leadership or peer support available and encouraged to work through challenges Very strong values and culture - everyone fits in, everyone can have a say if they want to contribute Proving why reputation is great during these uncertain times - proactive and thoughtful decisions made quickly to ensure employee and clients both are put in the best position possible. This has resulted in maintaining headcount and even adding headcount at clients where I've seen other firms cut out completely. Leadership balances the both the human and business sides of work life and seem to care about employees' growth.
Cons
Not always great diversity of client projects - most are interesting and challenging in their own way, but not all will feel sexy (which is true of most day to day work anyway). The company is working to diversify types of client engagements, but this will likely be an uphill battle until the economy recovers further.
