Low pay and poor treatment in PBS

Cons
1-Very Low Salary for this role since they pay a basic salary of 6000EGP for Full time position working 9 hours including a 1 hour break 5 days a week which equivelant to around 115$ / month in June 2026.That means you get paid around 27-30 EGP/ Hour which means 0.54-0.60$ / Hour which is not fair as a cold caller when you are workin in a US market.It's a lowball offer. 2-They have a target of 2 qualified leads you should generate every day.In case you get 1 or 0 , you will be forced to work extra hour or 2hours to get your full daily target. For example if you are working from 5PM to 2PM (Cairo Time) ,you will stay till 4AM or even 5PM in case you didn't get your daily target ( that's was not stated in any agreement) . Btw,even if you got your 2 leads before 2AM you are prone to be forced to work extra to support the team. 3- They hold breaks.That means they prohibit breaks in cases like team didn't get the full daily target. So you are more prone to work around 11 hours without breaks. 4-they have weak KPIs structure since they pay 1750 EGP which equals around 30 $ if you get a total of 44 Qualified Leads /Month. 5- They never promote people based on knwoledge or even performance but they promote people based on how closer you are to the management. 6-They treat people like leads machines not humans at all . 7- They even lowball TLs,ACMs,Closers and all positions there.
