      You can get a pay cheque.

      Cons

      Cliquey; no room for growth unless you’re part of the inner circle. VERY little interaction from the two presidents unless you’re part of their group. Very limited interest or follow up on projects from high executives. The feeling of being disposable is very apparent at this organization.

      Wonderful and talented people who make incredible television.

      The TV industry is a challenging place to work with many demands and few resources - highly competitive and Proper is not immune to these challenges
