Can work remotely with 1 day per week in the office

Cons

Management level sucks. A lot of bottleneck issues which required only 1 person to approve and take quite a lot of time to get approval or sometime being busy until they forget to approve it.

1. Salary below the market cap. Common for startups that haven't reached a point of profit. 2. Poor work-life balance. 3. Poor management, poor planning and decision making. 4. Issues are swept under the rug and ignored. From sexual harassment to laying-off half of the staff without a notice.
