Laboratory room is relatively small

Too many managers. HR unresponsive. Difficult to get paid if you have a foreign (EU) bank account. Managers (specifically in HR and IT) are non responsive and incompetent at their job. Fake sense of security during performance reviews, you will get dropped just before you period d'assai. Company relies too heavy on work from interns making the codebase a chaotic mess. Company lies to you during interview about bonuses and assisting with relocation, but will not help you with anything once you sign.
