new employees asked to submit reviews here during their first week so very inaccurate. Lots of good people have left and are planning to leave recently as culture and work style is not good. “Micromanaging” style from ceo and even interns have left due to this.

good place to be at if you do not mind the lower start up pay and if your work style is to follow instructions

Micromanagement from the CEO is part of life here. No benefits despite employees asking for them for the last 1.5 years

None that i can think off.

CEO has done a great job of hiring sycophants and expects his team to get in line with what he wants even if it is wrong. He has a PHD in micromanagement and his thesis was in how to best squeeze his employees. Pay is well below the market rate, benefits are terrible, and expectation is everyone acts as if their job is their full life. That said, i do think they will succeed because he will find people who are willing to be cheap labour for his uninspiring company. CEO is French and some of his top leadership is also french and they talk in french frequently in front of the team and in meetings and also the french people are given preferential treatment
