      Pros

      Prosci has a solid offering and great standing in the market, people in the Change Management industry will certainly recognize the name, This helps framing conversations with (potential) clients. Beyond training the organization also offers advisory services, which is a fantastic complement. This organization is perfectly suited for the right person.

      Cons

      Establishing solid processes is something that the organization is working on, but still has a way to go. Not unusual for smaller organizations, though. The risk appetite is there.

      The place to go for Change Management

      Pros

      One of the best Change Management training providers out there. They wrote the book on best practices in change management. There is a great sense of mission and purpose among employees. Company is structured with a traveling team that deploys training and an office team that creates content and supports training. Prosci is fairly generous with their benefits programs for employees - even part time! Fantastic company culture Brand new office building Great bonus program

      Cons

      Some roles are 100% travel Hourly wage is not competitive for the area Lack of annual pay increase tables (all bonus incentives) High Turnover in some role - lots of new people all the time Small company that lacks distinct career progression - right place right time hiring
