      Good starter job for someone young with zero work experience

      Pros

      Not very many to list. Good work/life balance. Food trucks at the end of the month.

      Cons

      I would not recommend this company for anyone who is ambitious, a go-getter or looking for career advancement. They will tell you what you want to hear and never follow up. The upper management are people who have zero management skills or experience and do not know how to actually manage a team. It is definitely a ‘good ol’ boys club’. The company itself is very disorganized and terrible at communicating.

      None avoid at all costs you WILL be lied to

      Cons

      Company will throw you to the wolves when convenient for them. Management is very shady and unhelpful. You aren’t compensated for the work you do.
