      Pros

      Worked for india team as remote employee and I would not recommend this company for anyone to work. Good salary Encouragement to continous learning

      Cons

      *Too much of micro management *Lot of meetings and you are ecpected to be on video in all meetings. If your camera is off then immediately the so called lead pings you yo on the camera *Need to work for client and attend client calls. Along with that too many internal calls within proservartner. * quarterly performance reviews. Again form filling every quarter. * managers do not trust their employees and employee are treated like school kids with too much of micro managing

      Pros

      If you work late you will get it back as time in lieu. You will have the opportunity to learn a lot in a short space of time.

      Cons

      Not very organised and lack of communication/direction from senior management lead to a stressful working environment.

      - Dev team is awesome - Stephen is a great manager and tries to do his best for the team & company!

      Cons

      - Upper management do not listen to their staff - False promises are made - about regular pay rises and rewards - No methodology is used - atleast not properly - Colleagues are expected to fulfill multiple job roles due to lack of resources.] - Very high turnover of staff - for a small company that's shocking! - Colleagues are expected to work hard and very long hours - with no rewards
