      Pros: - social hour on Thursdays - occasional opportunities to go to baseball games and concerts

      Cons

      Cons: - extremely disorganized company; no SOP's, no formal training, very little guidance - management is often no help to employees who need help - low pay for the industry

      - Staff was extremely welcoming and inviting, overall culture was positive - Projects that make an impact on peoples lives - Very well set up office

      Cons

      - Disorganized, did not have time for 2nd interview, had to continuously follow up when hired and when asking for tasks to work on - Support for training was discussed, however rarely received - Lack of communication between management and staff caused frustrations
