I initially joined Prosper Wireless because I was enticed by their promises, but all of that turned out to be lies. My salary is a lot lower than what I expected, and definitely lower than what was promised to me. Work-life balance here is practically nonexistent; I'm assigned brutal workloads and forced to work long hours. Employees aren't given any support, but are given unrealistic expectations. Leadership is controlling and makes it difficult for employees to get anything done due to their constant meddling and monitoring. They prioritize control over anything else and prevent employees from being innovative, creative, or proactive. Sufficed to say, working here has been stressful and disappointing.

My experience with Proper Wireless was...disappointing, to say the least. Management had no idea what they were doing, and leadership was incompetent and lacked vision. I saw zero growth due to a lack of support, and there weren't any opportunities for me to advance.
