not too many anymore - they went for growth and destroyed culture

Cons

The merger is a corporate takeover not a merger of equals as it was positioned to the members and the staff. Stay away from this organization, this a workplace of fear, mistrust, and if you are not from the 'right' side of the merger - your the problem.

My direct manager is very caring and I like my coworkers.

Cons

Our company just merged with Westminster Savings and things have gone downhill. this used to be a place of trust and the senior leaders were very approachable. Since the merger, the new CEO has proved to be very untrustworthy in his actions and we are now led by a new COO who does not know what he is doing. Morale is low in this company and people are fearful of losing their jobs. This is not the place it used to be even one month ago.

It used to be a great place before Gavin came and dismantled the organization

Cons

No accountability or transparency about merger or lay offs. Gavin and his minions blatantly lied during every step of the merger. There is no salary increase or bonus incentive to actually do a good job. There is low morale at work and many have chosen to be unemployed than to be apart of this horrible company.
