Some of the most ground breaking, emerging technology for an industry that truly can benefit from it. It's great to know the product you are bringing to market is really making an impact. In addition, you have some very bright individuals across departments working together in a space that is vastly uncharted.
Cons
Management or lack there of. There is a complete lack of support from upper management with a top down, decision-making approach with little regard or ear for those who are actually doing the work. This is a recipe for failure. Assuming people think the way you do, including your customer - especially when the industry is not as quick to adopt such emerging tech. There is also a lack of respect for other's time.
