      Great place to grow and learn with supportive team Dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth. Supportive team and management, love working here. Challenging role with opportunities for learning and development. Great company culture, passionate about making a difference.

      The company is growing rapidly, which brings a lot of positive energy and opportunities. Naturally, with such fast-paced growth, some processes and roles are still evolving — but it’s encouraging to see the organization actively working on refining them.

      Great learning culture and approach to wealth management

      - small team leading to a close knit setup - enourages great learning culture, pushes team to add value in client meetings - client centric approach, fully referral based business unlike any other boutique setup - non transactional work - great work life balance compared to industry

      - learning culture sometimes feels like an added responsibility but if one wants to really learn and grow, it’s a great place to be

Either you make continuous efforts to learn and grow OR this is not the right place for you - Competitive compensation - Boutique firm enabling you to participate in cross-functional roles

      - People with toxic thought process can't stick around - Organizational politics don't play out here
