90% of old CXOs has changed in last 2 years leading to no vision in the company. Managers are not at all empathetic and biased towards employees. Most of many of them are not knowledgable on technology inspite being technology managers/VPs. They insist on outsourcing development even if there is capability to build products inhouse leading to money wastage and inefficient utilization of inhouse developers. There are 5-6 ticketing tools used and multiple others are also being contracted which itself says there is no coordination between managers. New niche technology specialists are hired when existing specialists from the same field are not given any work related to that particular technology. The company is hardly having operating profit and is heavily reliant on only 2 products PAN and NPS which might also be lost to other IT companies if they lose RFPs of renewals
