A good place to start in industry, since you would do everything, but you will end up burnt out
Cons
Lack of vision and leadership, which translates into a mix of ideas and plans with no proper execution. Lack of experience makes de overall business weak, with no clear accountabilities. Constant changing in objectives, which is not taken professionally to continue evolving in a positive manner.

It is a very disorganized company, salaries are not competitive, performance bonuses are not paid due to constant changes in objectives, which are not adequately communicated.
