the organization itself is a mess. new leadership sends out emails thanking staff for saving their profit margin, but doesn't show appreciation for workers. all levels of employees, including managers, think the organization is a mess. people are flocking out as of now. this company cares about being paid by insurance before the client. the most appreciation we got was a 2 dollar ticket for an icecream truck that came by. also the trainings are a joke, don't consider that. abenefit. don't work here if you want to improve professionally.

The department can become stressful giving that the different personalities don't match. Necessary changes need to be taken, in order for this department to run smoothly.
