Pros

Loved working with the youth and families. Very passionate staff that truly made a difference for hundreds of youths.

Cons

-Management prioritized the accrual of billable hours over the well- being of the clients. Both goals didn't always overlap. -- -Management sought to foment competition and was manipulative with staff. These are tactics for sales teams, not mental health providers. -Low pay. If you want to treat staff like salespeople, pay them like salespeople.

Pros

My favorite pros about working with this company during my time with them is due to the amazing colleagues that I got to work with. Management has been always great at finding and hiring people who can work well with each other to plan and execute objectives that are aimed to benefit and service our clients.

Cons

All of the management team, with the exception of a couple, are way too closed minded.
