      Pros

      I worked some great LVN's and RN's here. The team effort was 50/50.

      Cons

      Some very lazy staff that worked here. We once had all but 2 CNA's call in and some of the nursing staff refused to help on a sub - acute floor.

      -helpful coworkers -great on the job experience -specialized skill learning -flexible hours

      Cons

      -at the end the work environment had changed for the worst -was not able to get the hours I needed -new management had very poor communication -rotating door of new workers
