      You will get burned out, quickly!

      Pros

      Providence had a great wellness program for the employees and excellent health insurance.

      Cons

      PTO and work/life balance. Maintenance is required to work on Saturdays. OT is not allowed. Only 5 company holiday's a year. Office is open 7 days a week and they staff the offices with minimal staff so you get burnt out quickly and it is hard to get to take time off. They grew too quickly too fast and don't hire people so property managers are doing the jobs of multiple people. No property manager should have to act as a general contractor, that's ridiculous. RVP's are beyond burnt out.

      The downside is that not every product/home is suitable for every individual.
