      Salary matches competition if not exceeds.

      Think it's acceptable to give jobs 90 mins drive apart because "you're a 3 phase engineer" Workload overbooked everyday expecting aborts and are unhappy when handing back jobs excepting you to do overtime everyday. Daily bonus changed and now benefits company over engineer.
