      hostile work environment, toxic environment, unrealistic deadlines, no phones, no privacy, constant state of stress and chaos from the top down

      Very flexible work hours. Young team, a lot of parent and investments. Very Stable. Should be growing in the future. A lot of free snack!

      Cons

      Location! Santa Monica is really not an affordable place. If you are young and single, try it. If you have a family with kids, think twice.
