Working alongside great individuals as family Admin is great as she always responds to your issues.

No basic pay, commission is split 50/50 Support team offer no help but demand for your leads be added to the system Commission shares at 50/50 in sales or rentals CEO of company likes to discriminate certain individuals if staff ask a question Before the interview I was told that I will have a support group which will help me with my listings, NOC, upload of documents etc but that is not the case Working shifts from 10am till late with no appreciation Only one support person for all who is currently in Indian, so unable to speak to him directly. Very small office with more than 10-12 employees.
