      Was a great shop, not now, the new owners care Very little about the workers.

      Pros

      - the shop is near airplanes at the airport, that's the only benefit to this place that was a great shop to work at last year, now it's not.

      Cons

      - Overnight, they forced all workers into their "Corporate Culture" - Banned cell phones & said "whiz-quiz for all" - Creates a total "Us vs. Them" workplace - Several workers left right away, most others are planning to depart. - run Far, run Fast & avoid this negative energy workplace. - The new owners are a couple, he's a passive wimp says nothing , just strolls around & h'es knows as "Pockets".

      Pros

      Provided a paycheck, and showed how not to run an aerospace company.

      Cons

      Owners are clueless, bought their way into the field. Don’t care for the employees, or the aviation regulations, will do anything to side step all laws/regulations.

      Can’t think of one pro.

      Cons

      Day vs. Night shift atmosphere. Employees often steal from each other. Negative energy workplace. Ownership wants control of their employees outside of work. Management practices favoritism. Laziness is rewarded while Hard work is penalized.
