      Pros

      Friendly coworkers. Nice easy-going environment for the most part. Enjoyable work.

      Cons

      A very small organization which makes it hard, especially when you want to take time off etc. Could be much more flexible about remote and work from home. Pay is not nearly where it should be for the digital marketing field.

      Pros

      Great Atmosphere, Free Coffee, Food, and they have their own bar. Small company so truly a collaborative environment, but everyone has a stake in the overall strategy producing excellent results for their customer base.
