Pros

Some nice people working there, but it was like meeting people in an abusive domestic relationship - damaged but can’t leave.

Cons

In my experience the operator’s behavior is passive aggressive, narcissistic , backstabbing, controlling and bullying . Beware anyone thinking of working here - do some digging and find some of the very long list of well adjusted professional humans who have done a lap through the revolving door at ‘Psychowire’. I’m sure if asked they will give their frank and honest account of their experience. Alternatively challenge the employer in your interview - better to see their true colors before you commit.

Pros

It's located in Byron Bay

Cons

Where to begin... No really. Rather than write a dissertation on all the reasons NOT to work here, just know that the company is widely referred to as 'Psychowire'/ The Asylum. Give it a swerve.

Regrettable Choice

Pros

Everything in life is a learning experience. Byron is nice.

Cons

We all have to work. So when you take a job and work hard, to have that work thrown away and replaced with inferior work it is horrible. I've never made a worse choice than leaving one job to come to another where the product was good, most people were ok but the 2 people at the top were clueless and nasty.
